BACKGROUND: An automotive client in Louisville has been selling luxury vehicles for over 50 years, and their reputation for superior customer service is well known.
CHALLENGE: This campaign utilized the dealerships existing database for leases that were expiring soon as well as a prospect list of consumers who owned other luxury brand vehicles. Both groups needed to be reached to generate a high conversion rate.
